摘要:We report the coating of a chitosan hydrogel on a conductive surface by the "electro-click" method. Specifically, chitosan is functionalized with either azide or alkyne groups and a cathodic potential is applied to a gold chip which reduces Cu2+ to Cu+ and thereby catalyzes the in situ Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions between alkynylated chitosan and azidated chitosan.
